Guided Lessons: lesson library with tree navigation and speech-bubble callout

The training window now has two modes: a large library view with a searchable tree of lessons and detailed descriptions, and a compact speech-bubble callout that follows the highlighted controls during lessons. The library replaces the previous collapsible list with a richer browsing experience showing lesson steps, progress, and navigation between series parts.
What changed
Browse lessons in a new library view with a tree on the left and full details on the right, including all steps and where you left off. Search for lessons by name, click one to read about it, then press Start when ready.
During a lesson, the window becomes a speech bubble that sits next to whatever you need to click, with an arrow pointing at it. It follows each step automatically, or you can drag it aside if it's in your way.
You can now keep the lesson library open while a lesson plays—controls at the bottom let you step through the lesson while seeing the full lesson list.
Lessons now show icons indicating whether you've started them, finished them, or are currently playing them, and you can see at a glance how many lessons in each topic you've completed.
The "Lessons" button in the header now switches between the full library and the compact speech bubble while a lesson plays.
The introductory "Training Mode" lesson now explains the new library and speech-bubble interface.
