The training system now separates interactive "guides" (user performs each step) from educational "lessons" (app demonstrates). The training bubble intelligently avoids open menus and dialogs, and a new "Creating a new database" guide walks users through the database creation process.
What changed
Lessons teach concepts by showing you around the screen. Guides walk you through real tasks like creating a database or importing data – you do each step yourself, and the guide waits for you to complete it before moving on.
Use the new "Creating a new database" guide to set up a fresh database for your store step-by-step, with voice narration explaining each choice.
The training bubble now automatically moves out of the way of menus and windows, so you can always see what you're clicking.
Look for "Training / Guide Mode" in the Help menu and the "Lessons & Guides" button in the title bar when training mode is on.
