Fixed nine broken data bindings in the Cost Break view that were causing errors on every load, and connected the Rebuild button so it now properly recalculates cost break levels when clicked.

Fixed broken data bindings in Cost Break grid
The Cost Break screen will now load cleanly without internal errors.
Removed non-functional Import and Set Default buttons
The Export menu in the Cost Break screen no longer shows a non-functional Import option.
Wired up the Rebuild button
The Rebuild button in the Cost Break screen now works correctly to recalculate your cost break levels after changing Break Type or Break Points.
